BLANDINGSComedy Series for BBC

Shooting begins on Monday 26th March on “Blandings” the new period comedy series for the BBC based on the celebrated stories by PG Wodehouse set in 1929. Filmed at Crom Castel in Fermanagh it will consist of six self contained half hour episodes and will star Timothy Spall as the amiable and befuddled Lord Emsworth (Clarence to his friends), with Jennifer Saunders as his indomitable sister Connie.

The series will be produced by Spencer Campbell (Cold Feet, Mad Dogs), and directed by Paul Seed (Bafta winning Just William). Production Company is Mammoth Screen.
