HOUSE ON THE HILLAccess-all-areas for Doubleband Films

Sitting majestically on the hill with spectacular views all around, the Parliament Buildings at Stormont are an iconic symbol of democracy and progress in Northern Ireland.  However, whilst we may be familiar with the building and many of its occupants, for most of us, what goes on within its four walls remains a mystery.

Doubleband Films new 4 x 30 min series for BBC NI takes us through the revolving doors of Stormont where all human activity can be found, from parties of school children on guided tours, security teams ushering VIPs along corridors, to high profile ministers and MLAs wrangling over policy. With an eclectic list of contributors, this access-all-areas series goes behind the scenes to reveal the hustle, bustle and real life concerns of those who occupy The House on the Hill.
