The BAFTA Television Awards, took place Sunday 14th May in London celebrating the very best of television in 2022.

Channel 4 comedy series Derry Girls won the BAFTA TV Award for Best Scripted Comedy and Female Performance in a Comedy Programme going to Siobhán McSweeney for her role as Sister Michael.
